Boudin kolache, perfection. Spicy boudin. Gritty yet soft, rice within. Proper casing. Sweet and buttery crust of the breading layer. Perfectly cooked. What a great experiance. Wonderful start to my Saturday.

I was a fan of everything besides the Jalapeño Boudin Kolache. I love boudin and was excited to try it but it tasted really old. The bread around it was good tho. The Small Vanilla Cappuccino was the same as one you would get from a gas station, which I like. And the donuts were very tasty.

I got the normal glazed, chocolate, donut holes, and half dozen filled. Every single one was fantastic. I didn't feel like cooking breakfast for my family and the donuts did not disappoint
