As a first-time customer, I was impressed. The restaurant called and informed me about the soup of the day, instead of what I ordered. Both the food and the soup were tasty. Not too much salt and not a lot of pepper. Portion-size was good. The meat could have been a drop more tender than it was, but was still juicy. Veggies, meat, etc were fresh. I would order again, and recommend this restaurant.
I'm pleased that I ignored the mixed reviews, and tried them, anyway.
I based my choice on their photos. I am very happy with my risky move. Kudos.

I should have listened to the reviews. Cornmeal Porridge (S) tasted liked pumpkin spice.. and Ackee & Saltfish (M) was bland. Best part was the dumpling.

I ordered a Fried Chicken (L) meal without any sides. How do I get 2 pieces of chicken for a large and in addition a side I never asked for.

taste is good but i want to see the oxtail if that is what i ordered. we pay for oxtail; the rice and veggies are just sides. i got two pieces of oxtail and a bone. according to them i should get 4 pieces. So Dougies please do better
