• 11/6/23Downtown Yogurt gets better and better every time I order it! My girlfriend and I get it all the time, it is our go to dessert spot. Can't recommend it enough! Try the Creamy Chocolate Frozen Yogurt with a scoop of edible triple chocolate Hershey's cookie dough - you wont regret it.

• 3/4/26As a vegan, Vanilla Oat Soft Serve is my go to, it's sweet but not to sweet. Soft serve that you don't feel guilty eating on your diet. I customize my topping but you don't need toppings either likes it's that good.

Apprethat it was packed nicely. Was expecting the Oreo Cookie Sandwich to have been a little bigger but overall satisfied with the Oreo cookie.

• 10/2/23Absolutely love Downtown Yogurt! This place is my go-to for frozen yogurt, and they never disappoint. What sets them apart is their incredible consistency. Every order I've placed has been spot-on—exactly what I wanted, every time.
And let's talk about the speed of their delivery—impressive to say the least! You can tell they value their customers' time, and it shows in their prompt service.
But what really seals the deal for me is their exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile to make your experience memorable.

• 12/20/25I included a photo of the toppings I picked off bc of how much they cover the portion of yogurt...Literally filled 1/2 the way with melted yogurt and the toppings make it look like the portion of yogurt is substantial until you move the first layer of toppings. I order frozen yogurt for the yogurt...I don't need 1/2 container of toppings...a snall scoop of each is enough. Knowing how to portion is apart of food service. The yogurt is tasty, which is why I get it. But being that the yogurt is melted and they've continued to skimp on yogurt. I probably won't order again and will go back to TCBY.
