Amazing place, guy came from learning a dish for a potluck to starting a food truck to having a restaurant with awesome food and authentic imported snacks and drinks (didnt see the snacks last time tho, may be no more). Dudes always gotta smile when I come thru and I love the vibe of the patio when the weather is right. Every month they rotate new specials, but the gem of the place are the broth-based dishes in my opinion, they offer 16hr broth dishes which are why I'm always coming back. My usual starts with BBQ Fishball 5 Pieces so good for a few ppl as an appetizer (or 1 if u love them like I do), and the Dragon Hot Soup 麻辣烫 which is one of the broths I mentioned. It has some delicious mushrooms in them that look like oysters and I love noodles they serve but they do not taste nearly as good as in person . Prices for entrees avg $14 and portions are great. That being said, the service can be very inconsistent since they seem to have a lot of students working there that graduate or go on break, but to me the food makes it all worth it. dog friendly too as Ive seen the guy with his 2 pups there a few times

Orange Chicken 橙皮鸡 was good, but has no sides. figured it would at least come with rice, but I spent a little over $20 for just chicken.. not worth it for me, I wish I ordered from panda express (the competitor mentioned). would've gotten more food for less money. don't think I'll be ordering from here again

First time trying this restaurant and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The chicken is cooked perfectly, the noodles are great, and the broth is so flavorful. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Plus, everything was well packaged.

The Bone Broth Mapo Tofu-骨汤麻婆豆腐 was good but wish it came with ground pork and a little spicier. The BBQ Lamb Rib (Chinese Style)- 烤羊排 was OUTSTANDING!! Pricey but for a whole rack of Lamb, absolutely worth it! The taste profile is out of this world and I have never had its equal or even close to it. The lamb was so tender and juicy and beyond delicious. Will DEFINITELY order from here again!!

I usually am delighted by Dragon Flame. It's actually the last meal I had in person with my best friend before he passed, so I order it for delivery when I'm missing him. Their food hits---it's warming, nourishing. This time it wasn't because of the Lemon Chicken and Coconut Milk Cake (Rabbit). I wince a little at the price of this entree but remind myself of the generous portion size and lovely flavor. This time it was terribly dry with no flavor, no sauce. It was like chicken jerky somehow? And the cake was just overpriced jello. A cute novelty item but the fancy container it came in probably costs more than what it took to make it. Was hoping for some cream or cake beneath the jello shell but it's the same all the way through. Everything else was up to the standard I expect of Dragon Flame but I can't shake the disappointment of the entree. I feel so bad for all of this chicken that was wasted in this way---I'm trying to figure out how to salvage it all in another dish. Anyways, I'll order again because they're part of a core memory for me but I may reserve ordering the Lemon Chicken for in-person dining.
