The breakfast sandwich is so awesome; definitely the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. It is a bit on the saltier side, so I substitute plain bagel.
Their pastries are always fresh and never too sweet. Hot cocoa is amazing too! very rich and creamy.

While the food and drinks were good, I was very disappointed with the to-go serveware. The lids provided did not fit the cups properly, and despite the use of a tamper-safe sticker, several lids came loose during transport, causing some of the beverages to spill. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it impacted an otherwise great experience.
