would have been better if it was warm I'm sure. but great flavor , texture and presentation.. built my own w maple glaze, maple drizzle and crumb topping. the maple did not disappoint

Caution-Donut box was not sealed, coffee was not sealed/covered in anyway either. The donuts were amazing as usual but the caramel macchiato was trash.

The customer service was really good, I had to call them to fix something with my order, But I just disappointed in the food, especially for the price. The "frappe" just felt and tasted like a pretty plain iced coffee and the sandwich wasn't very good either.

My coffee was supposed to have cream and caramel in it and what they gave me was just cold brew by itself. It was very bland was just very disappointing.
