The Beef Wok Tossed Flat Noodles are definitely a favorite! Great flavor, very filling, and they dont skimp on the bean sprouts! I do not rec reheating the noodles, they turned to mush. The Steamed Shrimp Dumpling(8)were made perfectly and are also very flavorful, you dont even need a sauce.

This is my first time ordering from here (Jan 11th 2025.) Delivery arrived quickly, and my food was still hot. The flavors and textures of food are perfect. I appreciate the high-quality recyclable container my General Gau's Chicken came in. The portion size of the Scallion Pancake and General Gau's Chicken seemed too small for the amount I paid compared to other local Chinese food places. Especially the General Gau's Chicken seemed too small. It also didn't come with any extra sauce. I'm used to, and prefer, when they plate the General Gau's Chicken in it's own container smothered in sauce and broccoli, and put a small white rice box on the side to mix into the chicken yourself . This plating seems more like a special. I have waaay too much white rice and not enough chicken, sauce, or broccoli! Otherwise, everything is delicious 😋

The Mini Juicy Buns w.Pork(8) are some of the best in the city, and they are very reasonably priced for 8 soup dumplings. The Char Siu Buns(4) are also fantastic - they are always incredibly fresh and flavorful. I get both every time. Shanghai Style Pan Fried Dumpling were good but not as exceptional as the other dishes. Great portions, great flavor, overall my favorite dim sum to order!

The food from Dumpling Kitchen is s some of the best Chinese food that I've had in a really long time. As a matter of fact it's the best Chinese food around the Dorchester and Mattapan area. I recommend the Beef teriyaki and pork dumplings. But honestly everything there is delicious and worth the money.
