This place has the best Dan Dan (er, Tan Tan) noodles I've had outside of Houston. The dumplings and noodles are clearly handmade and made well. They have some specialties I've never even tried before, like pork and sticky rice shumai, that are delicious. Highly recommended.

Braised Beef Noodle Soup 红烧牛肉面 had good portions of beef and noodles, but very little bok choy. It could benefit from more veggies to balance out the meat and pasta. The flavor was truly amazing, and the beef was tender.

Loved the Pan-Fried Thumb Bun-Pork And Scallion (10) 猪肉香葱拇指生煎 dumplings. I see why it's a favorite. The Beef Chow Mein 牛肉炒面 was so delicious and such great flavors. It is a bit oily but that didn't bother me much. I will be back to try so many more dishes.

We love the sweet and Shrimp & Pork & Chive Spicy And Sour Dumplings 三鲜酸汤水饺 and the Beef & Onion Spicy And Sour Dumplings 牛肉洋葱酸汤水饺 and the Pan-Fried Thumb Bun-Pork And Scallion (10) 猪肉香葱拇指生煎 - they are sooo good! It always a gamble with the Steam Pork Bun (2Pcs) 鲜肉大包 (2Pcs) though. Wont order them anymore in the past weeks they were rather like big dumplings instead of fluffy buns. But that s ok. The three items above are worth coming bsck again and again and not even trying other places - can highly recommend

First time trying & not disappointed. Everything is slightly above my spice tolerance and is a little painful to eat, but I'm enduring. The noodles Vegan Sesame Sauce Noodle(Dry)(Has Peanut)(Mild Spicy) 麻酱拌面（干拌）(Mild Spicy) are really saucy, and the dumplings Vegan Pot Stickers(Spicy Tofu) 辣豆腐锅贴 are juicy, even though it's all vegan.
