The broth looked like a standard boring clear broth, but it is so damn flavourful. The meat is so soft and almost falling apart.

Consistently excellent quality food. The dumplings a large and tasty. but I love the Hot n Sour soup. they have proper chefs. And you can taste the difference.

Very sizeable dumplings! Golden, even colouration, and perfectly pan-fried. Evenly seasoned. I have had juicier dumplings, but I wouldn't call these dry. I was very pleased with the quality.

Pork was soggy, the rice was dry and tasted stale. I'm surprised by this as they usually serve up freshly cooked delicious meals in store.

Really enjoy ordering here with good portion sizes for family. Ordered mapo tofu for the first time and it was just lacking depth of flavour. Barramundi, stewed pork belly and CKT were a standout.
