I ordered a coffee with almond milk & unsweetened hazelnut flavor. There was no hazelnut and the coffee was burned! there was such and intens bitter taste i had no other choicebut to throw it out

They didnt have the pumpkin Iced Macchiato that i ordered so i got caramel instead. I ordered it with 4 liquid sugar and it is very bitter.
