Iced caramel latte was  perfect and so was the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich but they forgot my straw for the second time in a row so Dunkin maybe just remind them to check for that! Loved both items, better than usual.

I just feel like the quality has continually gone downhill over the years. The wraps used to be bigger and on pita, now it's on a thin flavorless tortilla shell. The bagels used to be bigger and loaded with cream cheese. Now they serve bagels you can get from the frozen section of any grocery store. Dunks used to feel special, especially with me being from Massachusetts.
But now it's like a lot of places-over priced and bland. So disappointing

My iced coffee was pretty good and my bagel was a little dry and the bacon taste a little weird but other than that it was good. My donuts were not as good tho. The glazed nearly have any glaze on it so it rlly just taste like a sugar donut.

The taste is awesome and the portion was well appreciated the freshness on the other hand was lovely I would most definitely order again and the Boston kreme was amazing I never tried it before but it was so good

Some items are way over-priced for quality and quantity.   I ordered loaded hash browns, cup is tiny and wasn't even half full.  Other items missing from sealed Dash delivery bag.
