bagel was not toasted on my bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I can barely bite off a piece it's just thick dough.  Do I have to specify toasted?

Ive ordered the wakeup  Wake-Up Wrap® - Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese on two different occasions now and both times I have gotten the one wrapped in the tortilla instead of the pancake like I ordered.

I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and this is the SECOND time they gave me a peach passion fruit.  Ordered biscuit bites did not receive them. I always have something wrong with my order when I order from this dunkins.
