The breakfast sandwich was so burnt on the outside and not cooked good on the inside the bacon was completely raw

This Dunkin is awful honestly. I ordered a vanilla Cappuccino, Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites, and Loaded Hash Browns. I did get the Cappuccino and the Loaded Hash Browns, but they gave me this strange bagel-looking bacon and egg sandwich instead of the egg bites. I have a gluten allergy and cannot eat this, and this store has done stuff like this to me before. I just don't understand what's so difficult. If the egg bites were not in stock they should have communicated instead of sending some random sandwich that I can't even find on their menu. Overall very confused and disappointed.

Ive been getting this iced coffee since it came out & it's always so good but the last two times ive got it , it was nasty

Didn't put any sweetener in the coffee at all it's just milk and coffee.
