I never have any issues, sometimes if an item is unavailable they are nice enough to let me know unlike Tim's. I was missing a donut out of my order of 6, which isn't a big deal and they refunded part of my order which I thought was nice. Donuts are always soft and have that good chewy texture (and they are cheaper than starbies!

The Dunkin' Energy berry flavor is AMAZING. I always worry about drinks like these being aoverly sweet and filled with artifical fruit flavor, but it was pleasently neither of those things. Tastes like real berry assortment and its not too sweet at all. Plain Stuffed Bagel Minis are always a go to here as well, a must have if you havent tried them yet.

The Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap was SOOOO GOOOD! It was very cheesy, flavorful, and overall delicious, 10/10! On the other hand, the Iced Matcha Latte was a bit disappointing. It just tasted like vanilla flavored milk with a hint of matcha. It was ok, but if I wanted matcha I wouldn't come here.

ordered donuts with sprinkles, got frosted,  jelly filled were dry (like day old), hash browns were burnt, strawberry dragon fruit drinks were bitter, didn't get to try the peach because the cup had a giant crack in it. Worst Dunkin experience ever, and I once had ants in my drink.
