Iced Dunkalatte had 2 inches of coffee missing from the cup and tasted like chemicals.

The Iced Coffee and Refreshers were very good but I am tired of ordering something online and then the store doesn't have it, or any of the alternatives that are listed online. Getting a Blueberry muffin shouldn't be this hard.
