I like Dunkin. coffee is great. addicted to the frozen coffee. Frozen Coffee but they always pack weird putting the donuts (chocolate / vanilla glazed) directly on top of the coffee so they are melted to the wrapping paper. also never include straws. The coffee is worth it.

the Frozen Coffee is great. Original Blend is great. why 3 stars? I'm older and with a cane. it is impossible for me to carry the carrier filled with drinks. This inconsistency is very difficult. The bags are easier.

they didn't have the jelly Dozen Donuts, but they gave me all chocolate because they wanted me to call them and decide the donuts i wanted they were very polite :). very tasty donuts, would order a thousand times again

Used to love this Dunkin but lately it's a 50/50 shot my coffee will have a strong burnt taste. Things cost too much to only be drinkable half the time.

Doesn't send condiments ( cream or sugar for coffee)with orders even when they are requested. Doesn't label turkey & pork items, forcing a guessing game for people eating the good. I definitely wouldn't order again. $30 for nothing!!!
