It was ok this morning normally the food is great but it seems like they have new people because my hashbrowns were burnt and my sandwiches were thrown together

there was an issue  with the dasher  who didn't  follow  my instructions  I have special  instructions  because  I have a bad leg & I wear a brace  & I  can't  do my stairs well, I always  have this same issues  with most of my orders & your drivers not following  & reading  their instructions,  I am always ordering  if you look at my account  history, & the issue with the coffee  was actually  the stores issue cause the coffee  tasted old & nasty & burn there is hold times on their  coffee  but this coffee  did not taste good & I always  get same coffee  from Dunkin
