When I grabbed the order from the dasher I noticed that the bag was pretty small and light weight, but I put it to the back of my mind because Dunkin' is usually correct with my order. I opened the bag to my order and instantly noticed my Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon was missing. I also ordered a Wake-Up Wrap® - Bacon Egg and Cheese with bacon and there was only egg and cheese in it. Putting all the clues together I'm assuming the store were out of bacon. Although I'm not upset, I would have been more appreciative if I were informed that there was no bacon so that I could refund or order a substitution. The bacon was the most important part of the meal for me. But, the latte was made perfectly and the hash browns were good as well.

Old stale donuts that were not what I ordered. 12 old donuts in place of 6 do not make it any better especially if you add a kind I think sucks.

The Original Blend Iced Coffee was sooo bitter and I got 5 add ins... super disappointed with this. Second time it's happened too.

Bought 3 donuts and a coffee. All 3 donuts were old not fresh.  cCoffee was weak and tasteless .Very disappointed
