As always, the coffee is delicious and made perfectly and to my surprise, the bagel was toasted and had exactly the cream cheese I requested veggie thank you so much for getting it right five star breakfast

My order was totally messed up! My Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis had no everything seasoning, my Hash Browns were left out, and my $10 Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich had no pepper bacon. I routinely order for myself and staff. I will not spend $60 here again.

I ordered a medium Iced Cappuccino and it was only half full with hardly no ice. My Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was lacking bacon and cold. My Hash Browns were hard and cold. I waited a very long time for my food for it to show up cold.

I don't know if it's just laziness or if the store just is stretching product but I know a donut is suppose to have more icing and sprinkles then this.. I LOVE donuts and get them all the time. The last to times they've been like this and it's really disappointing as a donut gal. Epically since I'm literally paying almost 12$
