Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites were hard like they'd been reheated a few times and the Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese was supposed to have white cheddar cheese and they put American on it instead.

My two extra large hot coffees were made just like I wanted them on this Thanksgiving day… My hashbrowns are cold, but the coffee is the bomb so it makes up for it

The Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese wasn't supposed to have eggs on it and since the cheese stuck to the eggs, we had to add our own cheese after removing the eggs. Also, I ordered white cheddar on my Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese and got American  cheese instead. It's frustrating when you don't get what you ordered. Especially when that food is so expensive.

I understand I did a late order for Donuts but I still expected the donuts to be more fresh than how we received them. The donuts look dried out as if they have been sitting out in the open all day long.  A lot of them are even hard to the touch letting me know they had in fact  been sitting out for quite some time. I don't often order from Dunkin but it's things like this that make me not really want to continue to.
