The Loaded Hash Browns were less than the normal portion i have bought at other stores . The plain Hash Browns were broken up . Not worth the price i paid . Atleast i got a decent Iced Latte .

When I got my iced coffee it tastel like burnt coffee sitting for hours.Anf the munchkins were hard like cardboard.I know i worked for Dunkin many years.When u make iced coffee .U need to make sure u take the parts to the machine and clean them correctly.And also when u make ice coffee your suppose to stir it back and forth with a big spoon.Im sorry I dnt like to complain but this time I was very disappointed.And usually your store is on point with making and serving customers.Sorry !

I ordered six donuts, different variety and they threw them in one bag. The chocolate got on all of the other donuts. That is unacceptable and the ones that were not chocolate are un edible now.

I ordered a dozen donuts and received 1 muffin and 2 cinnamon rolls instead. They did call letting me know they didn't have frozen coffee but mentioned nothing about the donuts. Idk if this was driver error or not. The bag was sealed but wasn't labeled.
