• 4/18/25Hot Loaded Hash Browns were with the frozen drink so it was a litttle melted. Everything was still good as always just needed to shake the drink a little bit and it was back to fully Frozen Coffee again. The Dozen Donuts were extremely fresh and a decent mix of everything

• 9/24/25if i'm paying almost 6$ for Loaded Hash Browns i kind of expected it to be more full and not less than half full. suggest taking items off the menu you no longer have so you don't have upset customers.

• 8/11/26Donuts were old, Not fresh. ordered a frozen coffee and it was melted, and ordered 2 sets and the everything cream cheese bagel bites only received one (which is not the first time for this specific issue). Will not be ordering from this Dunkin' again!

• 11/29/25My matchaWicked® Green Matcha was so watered down with milk I could barely tell it was matcha anymore. Missing darn near half my drink, especially wuth how much I paid. Very disappointed this time.
