I love the Ham & Swiss Croissant Stuffer usually but today it was very burnt tasting and could only take one bite and had to spit it out:( I honestly don't know why they would send it out this way that is beyond me. I never have gotten it burnt in this way, do better next time<3

Dunkin used to always be our go-to coffee and donut place. But it seems like every time we order anymore, they substitute half, or like today, ALL of what we order for something else and no one tells us. I can only assume they don't inform the dashers, either. Its ok to be out of something; but it's not ok to choose a substitute without saying a word to the paying customer. I think this will be our last order from Dunkin. Very unfortunate 😕

They were out of a couple of things. Made substitutions, and everything was good. Long hours is Dunkin's best positive going for it. A nearby doughnut shop makes much better doughnuts but is only open a few hours each morning.

Donuts tasted frozen and thawed and quite possibly the worst coffee I have ever had to pay for. Yuck
