I'm very specific regarding how I like my iced coffee - with LOTS of ice and LOTS of caramel - so I'm always nervous ordering from a Dunkin that isn't my normal store. I've been pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased that they made my iced coffee PERFECTLY on my last 2 orders!! Thanks so much to the Dunkin team who made my order...y'all made my day!! 🤗

I have ordered from here many times and its rare I've had any issue up until recently. The coffee is good, as well as the donuts. The problem is the last 3 orders have been missing several items. I know it's busy but no one seem to be checking these orders. Very frustrating having to re order each time and pay to tip the driver again.

Drink is disgusting. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk & extra shot of espresso, it was WAY to sweet and def was not given the extra shot. It taste like it was made with regular coffee, not espresso at all! I also ordered a multigrain bagel but was given an everything bagel.
