They are always well stocked and almost never out of things. Bakery items are always fresh and coffee is also always perfect. They are also very helpful, over the phone, with special questions and requests

This messed up my Original Blend Iced Coffee order. I order one cream two pumps caramel for at least five years - I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. I received *barely* coffee flavored milk. I wish if you read the label wrong (clearly too much cream) you remade it to customer requests. I can't drink this it's a medium iced cream cup. It's gross.

They gave me the wrong Classic Donuts without asking what my replacement chose would be. There was two bacon bits and burnt pieces from what I assume was left over pieces in the oven they cook it in on my Wake-Up Wrap® - Egg and Cheese and I can't eat bacon or anything that touched it. My Original Blend Iced Coffee tasted like water with a drop of coffee and while I only asked for two pumps of caramel sauce it tasted like there was much too many in there. Wasted my money today.

This Duncan is just the BEST  all around! The service is just so great, the people are so nice and the products are well stocked and so fresh.

I love this store and will only get my coffee here.  The manager is awesome and the staff is super friendly!  Store is also super clean.
