The pancake wake up wrap with bacon is good. Everything was hot as usual. With the hash browns they should give you 2 packs of ketchup, and not go over board with 8 packs. Other then that all was good.

They always put the right items in the order. They have never gotten it wrong for me. I like the frozen coffee with caramel. The hot items are always hot and fresh. Sometimes the donut holes are a little stale but that's okay they still taste good.

The English muffin was burnt also half of the turkey sausage was burnt. Way too hard to eat the sandwich. This is the first time this has happen,and I hope it will be the last. Everything else was fine.

They didn't put sugar in my tea. 2 of my hash browns were hard. I asked for 5 sugars and 3 creams. I even stir the tea with a spoon no sugar at the bottom of the cup. Other than that they are usually on ball.
