Paid $16 for half a latte with no espresso? It was literally just steamed oat milk that barely filled the cup halfway hugely disappointed

This use to be one of my favorite stores for many years but recently the quality and taste has gone down.Iced Macchiato did not taste like anything but regular OLD coffee.  Ham & Swiss Croissant Stuffer was very goodSweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon  was terrible and it has always been my favorite. it was undercooked and greasy. Hash Browns were good.
I was very impressed with the safe and secure packaging

My sausage egg and cheese bagel was the beez kneez. The hash browns tasted a little freezer burned but edible .

The Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Coconut Refresher was spectacular. 
The Wake-Up Wrap® - Sausage Egg and Cheese while the inside was very tasty the tortilla was extremely hard and dried out around the edges
The Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon was awful, not crisp at all, limp, cold and chewy.
