I ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving for my pick up order. I waited in the drive through behind two cars. They told me to come inside. I did. 

No one spoke to me as they service 7 total cars as I watched them. The board said that my door dash order was ready. In fact it had not even been started. 

When they finally addressed me, they lady was rude. I was dismissed because they were busy in the drive thru. 

Then she prepared my 13 assorted donuts and 25 munchkins. It was for a skate team birthday breakfast. 

The donuts looked thrown all over inside the box. Received no napkins. 

25 minutes for donuts while serving drive thru orders when I ordered wayyyyy before that is wrong. 

I will not be doing business here again. I also a Dasher and do not wish to accept any orders from them. 

You don't ignore someone who ordered 10+ minutes ago (all three employees ignored me) while taking care of people placing their order on the spot. That's wrong. I spent $30 and had I not committed to the kids, I would have asked for a refund. 

I expressed my displeasure and did not behave in an inappropriate way. Cameras will show that and all of it. 

Really wrong way of doing business.

Hashbrowns looked half cooked and there was just one blob of cream cheese in the middle of the bagel, these are probably the easiest items on your menu. You take a knife and you scrape the cream cheese over the bagel. Coffee was alright i guess.

Ordered a sandwich from here and had to cook it once it got here. Grilled Cheese without melted cheese... I'd stick to the pastries if you're in a hotel or traveling. Coffee and donuts were fine.
