Dunkin' was a popular doughnut shop that served freshly baked doughnuts all day long for years in the Greater Boston area. Now they're a national chain of coffee shops that serve doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and more with just a little bit more than adequate freshness. My sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on toasted bagels were a little tough on the outside which made the sandwiches a little difficult to eat. And the sandwiches were lacking in flavor. The hash browns were soggy, but at least they had a little bit of flavor. The toasted bagels and cream cheese could have used some more cream cheese, but the extra cream cheese could not be ordered on the DoorDash menu. The extra large black coffee was good with very little bitterness. Overall, I consider Dunkin' to be an average breakfast coffee shop, but it is a far cry from what it was in the good ole' days!

Dunkin'is the go-to store where you can order breakfast all day long, but you'd better order early because their baked goods are in a limited supply. So don't expect to get the doughnuts and bagels of your choice in the afternoon or evening hours. Years ago they used to bake the doughnuts and the pastries on the premises, and everything tasted great, and they hardly ever ran out of your choice of doughnuts or pastries. Now everything is more commercial.

Ordered an Iced Latte and it'sbasically all milk can barely taste the espresso. Ordered 2 and paid for TWO Classic Donuts and only received ONE. refund amount .53 cents.

The caramel macchiato had no coffee in it. When I took a sip of it was purely sugar and milk. Forgot to put the coffee in the coffee!! I drank a gulp of warm sugar milk ...absolutely gross.
