Lattes iced and hot were good; wake up wraps were good but the bagel had enough cream cheese for 3 bagels.

This bagel tastes weird and it's hard to chew. I feel like I'm biting into a rock, and as you can see from the picture, it also looks weird. The Hash Brown is soggy and also tastes weird. The only decent thing about my order was the coffee everything else was terrible. The bag it came in looked better than the actual food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my entire meal, the Wake-Up Wrap® - Sweet Black Pepper Bacon was still warm and delicious, my Hash Browns were just the amount of crispy. The Berry Acai Dunkin' Refresher was AWESOME! I will order again. Thanks.

Ordered a Wake-Up Wrap® - Sweet Black Pepper Bacon the wrap came with a small piece of bacon and the wrap was hard and crunchy almost burnt.

The donuts were not fresh. Even the glazed donuts were very dry. They were getting hard like that were sitting uncovered for a long period of time. I won't be ordering from here again. I'm highly disappointed.
