Doughnuts are fine, unfortunately, the coffee drinks weren't drinkable even after trying to fix them ourselves, overwhelming burnt taste that no amount of milk or creamer can even out, bummer considering what they cost

The door dash driver was great. But I will never order from Duncan again. We placed a group order. They were out of multiple items so the driver had to call and get substitutions. Then when the food arrived, the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich wasn't even toasted. They didn't even have a bag for the door dash driver to carry the food to the car.

Everything tasted good BUT the Hash Browns . The tasked like burnt soap and isn't crispy at all. I had to spit one out. Disappointed, even if it was a very small bag of Hash Browns. It was the only salty thing that was supposed to balance my order ☹️

My daughter likes them but that's pretty much guaranteed with children and sugary treats. personally I feel like all of them except for the jelly filled were left out for quite some time. I would never buy from here if my daughter didn't want it so🤷🏼‍♀️
