I normally order off the Dunkin app but it was down for maintenance so I decided to dash instead. What I got was something that usually never happens with my orders, the English muffin was burnt pretty bad and the coffee tasted very burnt as well. Definitely a disappointing experience to say the least.

They app only lets you get an assortment of munchkins but I was able to put in a request for glaze only and the store associate was very kind for working with me. This is my second time ordering from them but I will order again.

The snackin bacon used to come with lots more in it, like 15-20 pieces. Now it only comes with like 6 pieces. Doesnt seem worth it anymore.

Took way too long, donut holes were dry, seemed old, the jelly wasn't even jelly it was like dry paste, very unappealing! Disappointed!!
