This is the third time i've ordered an iced cappuccino & there is NO COFFEE in the drink.

I keep on ordering just a Chai Latte and they keep on putting espresso in my drink. I do not want espresso in my drink. If I wanted it I would have ordered it. This has happened at least 3 times.
