I am not certain if this is the store's fault or not, but I have ordered from the one in Bellows Falls, VT 3 times now, and have had to cancel 2 of the 3 orders, because 90 minutes goes by and still my order is not picked up, a Dasher doesn't even get assigned. I suspect this is a Door Dash thing, but it does not reflect well on a chain that is huge in the NE.
The one time I did successfully get a large order delivered (after 2 hours of waiting, because I had a construction crew at my house), I have to say...I was not impressed with the Loaded Hash Browns, the cheese on them is disgusting! A slice of American cheese would have been better than whatever that cheeze stuff was. The Dozen Donuts themselves were fine, just very very late.
