The never disappoint on any order, and they literally surprised me on my birthday with an extra treat in my DoorDash order, alongside a birthday wish written inside! They are the absolute best women and do the best job of all Dunkin's around <3 - they deserve to be out as#1 in Illinois -- by far the most efficient and excellent customer service!!!!

They're my absolute favorite coffee place from this area to Rockford! Always fresh coffee, made the way I like It- & delivered still hot! Thank you for excellent quality & service!

The Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was a flattened, squishy, greasy mess. We ordered 4 Hash Browns only received 3. Asked for one sandwich without cheese came with cheese anyway. I don't normally write reviews but you pay significantly more for delivery & this was not worth it. Be forewarned.

I did not care for the grilled cheese the crust was very hard it cut my gum. definitely not. definitely not enough cheese on the sandwich at all. tater tots taste like a grease the iced coffee was really good I got the iced caramel that was really good
