Dunkin Donuts on Boston Ave is pretty incompetent. They didn't give me the Half Dozen Donuts I ordered. The most expensive item and the main reason people go to Dunkin Donuts is for exactly what I am mossing

This is 3rd time my Order was incomplete. I did not get any croissants I ordered 2, yet I WAS CHARGED for them. How can this be rectified?

They are constantly forgetting items in my order every single time
