• 12/12/25Dunkin' is great with their drinks, but they lack consistency in their food products. The Hash Browns always come out either under cooked and partially frozen, or drenched in oil and mushed into one glob of hash brown. Additionally, 5 hash browns for that price is a ripoff. Will order drinks again, but I will avoid the hash browns going forward. (And we can't blame the drivers when Dunkin had these exact issues in store as well.)

• 11/2/25Is someone putting sweet n low in the coffee by mistake. Almost every time I order it tastes like sweet n low instead of sugar. The taste is unmistakable.

• 8/10/25received a bacon egg and cheese instead of the sausage egg and cheese i asked for. it tasted good, but arrived lukewarm. i dont mind cold food so i was ok with this but not everyone else will be. my latte was subpar and watered down. donut was good though.
