I asked for less/light ice in my iced macchiato and it came with half a cup full of ice :/ also no straw. The bagel bites are okay, but taste frozen & not worth almost $4 for 2 little things.

Forgot my Hash Browns , forgot my Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon, forgot to toast my Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, then inside the sandwich, 1 SINGLE RAW STRIP OF BACON. ONE PIECE, RAW. Absolutely disgusted, will NEVER order from this location again. And I strongly urge anyone wanting dunkin go to the spanish fort location instead of daphne

there was nothing wrong with the Dozen Donuts but my Latte, and Macchiato didn't have any milk or sugar in it and the Hot Chocolate tasted horrible. Normally my Latte and Macchiato has milk and sugar in it but this time it didnt.

Ordered my usual coffee and it was very milky and watery, couldnt taste the syrups at all

Ordered a latté, received a cup of steamed milk with no coffee. While eating bacon, egg & cheese sandwich, grease ran down my arm. And no donuts on the shelf. What they did have is stiff and stale. Horrible experience.
