Yes, the box was not secure at all. The lid was loose. The donuts almost spilled out as I picked them up. Please secure them with tape along the edges so that the top stays attached to the bottom of the box. Thank you otherwise-- I mean Dunkin' Donuts they're always delicious.

The original blend hot coffee is supposed to be an XL and this is either a medium or a large at most. I am upset because I paid for an XL as you can see it is labeled as an XL. I also did not receive a straw for my iced coffee.

They threw my donuts into the bag and all of the chocolate that was on the top of the donuts is now all inside the bag. I can't even pull one donut out without ripping that donut apart
