The iced latte I got was not filled all the way and the lid was not covered. I also was not given a straw. The drink was super dark like they barely added enough milk.

I ordered 3 Iced Macchiato with 4 shots of Carmel and 2 shots of vanilla and 2 things of sugar. When I got them they tasted as if they didn't have anything sweet in them and they were only 3 quarters of the way full. I've also ordered donuts. The glazed are pretty good but the past 2 times I've ordered different kinds, glazed chocolate iced and chocolate glazed. Both times they sent me chocolate cake donuts with glazed icing? Can someone please tell me which are the regular glazed donuts with the chocolate icing on top??? Getting super disappointed with Dunkin.

Matcha Latte is great, gave no straw to drink, and they gave me pieces of bacon. I paid $5 for this.

I was supposed to receive 2 orders of Plain Stuffed Bagel Minis and I only received 1. This is the second time this has happened.
