The wake-up wraps were very greasy & soggy (when they're usually not) and the hash browns were overcooked and hard (when they're usually not). Not as good a batch as I normally get.

My food came without the sealed bag. I escalated for a refund. Its one of the reasons I choose Dunkin because of the safety bags. Shame on them for not using one and handling my food without care.
