The Hash Browns were not cooked all the way and soggy and smushed. They gave me a Bacon, Egg and Cheese croissant even thought i asked for it on a bagel.

Dunkins always sucks, just the only place I can get coffee at 4 in the morning so for that I gave 2 stars. Espresso tastes BURNT

I don't think I have ever gotten a completely correct order from this location (Central Street.) And unfortunately, DD doesn't seem to let me choose a location, otherwise I'd give one of the others well within dashing distance a try. 
Today they just decided to put my egg and cheese on an english muffin instead of the croissant I ordered. Last time, they decided to ignore my coffee order instructions (10 cream, 4 butter pecan) and just sent me a coffee with hardly any cream (like, less than "regular" cream) and no flavor. Time before that, I decided to get a muffin, but they were out of the one I ordered, and the one they subbed was incredibly stale. I like extra cheese on my sandwiches, and I pay for that privilege, but most of the time they just make it with regular cheese. It truly is always something with this location, and I am really not exaggerating when I say they mess *something* up, or make some wild substitution without even asking, every. single. time. I normally take it in stride, but unfortunately today was the day that broke the camel's back, I guess, because I really really hate english muffins. 
Anyway, lesson finally learned. Dunkin is decent to good for what it is, depending on the location. But the one DD forces me to use is a hot mess. Never again, thanks.
