I feel like this location has gone down in quality recently. Yesterday they left a drink out of my order. Today not only did they give us the wrong breakfast sandwich, the one they gave us was half the price of the one that was ordered. The donuts  we received today we're a little stale   ￼

I originally ordered a chicken and pepper wrap which was available on the site and when my Dasher messaged me, she said that they were all out and apparently that the store told her that the manager was on " vacation ". They need to put when they are out of items on the app, and then the Dasher was wonderful and said they would make somethin else  , but the substitution the store  packaged It's not even a full piece of bread covering the sandwich and was burnt.

I feel bad for my Dasher having to wrangle loose bags, a box, and a hot beverage onto my porch. One of the main reasons I order from Dunkin are the Handled BAGS that hold everything. Cup holder, food, donuts... I'm a disabled old woman with a cane. Finding a pile of loose items really threw me this morning. Nearly falling trying to pick everything up was bad. Finding the butter on my English Muffin tasted rancid, the Sausage, Egg and Cheese had a patty that was hard, no extra cheese (which I paid for) and Half Dozen Donuts that tasted weird was worse. I'm seriously disappointed.
