Great customer service by NICOLE, who prepared my Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread  and the coffee was perfect!!!! It was a pleasurable late breakfast.

They did an amazing job my iced hazelnut coffee was delicious, my donut choice was available even though it was after 8pm, and my sausage egg & cheese croissant was fresh and warm! Thank you so much! 
I didn't even care I didn't get a straw (I had some).

My Mango Pineapple Dunkin' Refresher  and Apple Fritter  were fresh and delish. The donut and glazed Coffee Roll were hard and stale. I think ordering in the morning might be the solution. They should've contacted me with other fresh options.

Don't ask for less ice because they will fill your cup up to the TOP with ice because someone hates their job. it wasn't just one time. I've asked for less ice multiple times and every time they filled the cup to the top with ice. so it wasn't a mistake. coffee was good, I would have liked to have more of it.
