Seems the doughnuts have shrunk to 1/2 their size. Everything else was good!

Every single time I get an order from location it is burnt. Burnt tasting tea and burnt muffins as hard as a rock. I called the store to tell them and the answer I got was we are busy.

I am so furious. Not only did my order arrive late but everything was incorrect and some things were downright inedible. My bagel was reheated in a microwave, so the cream cheese was hot and the bagel was so chewy it felt like gum. When I tastes the drink I physically recoiled. My iced oatmilk latte tasted like someone took the runoff coffee from the grates of their coffee machines, put a splash of milk in, and added four pumps of window cleaner. Weirdly floral for some reason? Only 1 out of 6 donuts was one that I ordered. I'm not sure what I did but I can only assume I must have horribly offended an employee to receive an order as disgusting as this one. This location in particular with the help of DoorDash is God awful.
