The bagel was stale, hard as a rock and dry as the Sahara. It's hardly edible. The cream cheese is a little light and not evenly distributed. At least the iced coffee is good. It was much needed after taking a bite into a bagel with the dryness of a Popeyes biscuit.

Food was on time and at perfect temperature. The Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich wasn't toasted but I enjoyed the chew of the bread. The smores syrup in the Iced Latte didn't really stand out but it didn't hurt the drink. I just wish Dunkin would add their signature drinks to their DD menu.
