Twice in two weeks I have ordered a large iced caramel latte. Two weeks ago I was given a medium and a small because they were out of large cups. Today I received a small and a small, apparently out of large cups again. Inconsistent product quantity and inability to package my order. It's inconvenient to handle two drinks also.

I order every week. I may get 1 to 2 decent (drinkable) coffees every week. For almost 8/9.00 a coffee they should do better!!

They gave me two drinks, one from an order that wasn't mine. They also left out the doughnut I ordered. The stuff that did arrive was really good, apart from the coffee I ordered. I would order from here again because I have had good experiences previously. Maybe it was an off day for them.

I'm not sure why we gave them another chance but there won't be a third one. The order gives the option of choosing your flavor of donuts but the store either can't see that or they don't care. We have the preference set to call us if unavailable but we didn't get a call either. Poor customer service and subpar quality. The donuts they deliver are stale and not great. beware
