The cold brew with the pink velvet is absolutely delicious!! And the everything bagel bites are so yummy I could eat them everyday!!

I am shocked. The Dunkin near my work is great, so I ordered from this location when working at home. Terrible item quality! There were just 7 soggy, hash browns (some mashed) in a mostly-empty, crumpled little bag, and the Ham and Swiss Croissant Stuffer was badly burnt. I might try this location another time in person to see if this time was an outlier, but if it's this way again... forget it!

The Green tea is yellow and tastes like watered down with fermented green tea.... sugar water 
Also, the STRAWBERRY DRAGONFRUIT has no flavor except for the lemonade that was supposed to be ***added***.....
To be fair I don't go to this location, so it could be new people or maybe just a mishap but..... I'm very unsatisfied. 
However the strawberry donut was fresh and good.

I ordered two large Iced Chai Lattes and what i got was 2 large cups of ice with a side of milk! The whole cup was just ice and the drink was just milk! This is the worst ever! I want a refund i dont even want to drink this

they put a TON of nasty cake donuts in the assortment. it wasn't equally divided between good donuts like glaze, glaze filled & chocolate glaze. they added blueberry cake donuts and a ton of burnt donuts that were hard to determine the flavor of.
