Our Salads are very generously portioned and would be considered an entire meal for 1 or can easily shared between two or even three people as a side. Just add dressing, carefully hold container closed and shake to your hearts content **with sealed side of container facing you just in case, then eat from container or pour in a bowl or on a plate.
