Griot tender and crisp. Rice fresh. Pikliz has very little flavor. and boulion had almost no flavor.
Literally ordered cuz my hb shared his bouillon with me last night, that his haitian mother made....this tastes like water compared.

This did not give authentic Haitian food . You taste the coconut immediately with the rice and this is supposed to be jhon jhon rice . The piklis has spice but the flavor is weird . Plantains have no salt/ flavor . The best thing is the meat and the oil used probably isn't the best . I am disappointed honestly .
